Members have access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week,
Members have key card access during these hours of operation. Gym staff monitor the gym remotely when it is not staffed.
Members have access 365 days a year. Gym staff monitor the gym remotely on holidays.
Staff Hours
Monday - Friday: 10a to 8p. We recommend calling ahead if you are interested in a day pass.
Saturday: Appointment only
The gym is staffed during these hours and new members may sign up during these times or by appointment. We also accept day passes during this time. Please note the gym is monitored remotely when it is not staffed.
